A total of 1,550 hectare s of rice seedling fields in Selangor, Perak, Kedah and Penang is involved in the Certified Rice Seedling Incentive programme by the Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry (MAFI) and the Farmers' Organisation Authority (LPP).
